One Bodhi Tree is dedicated to alleviating suffering of all sentient beings through sharing the teachings of the Buddha.
You are invited to attend the followings sessions.
- Wednesdays 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Mondays 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM (currently in recess, resuming from October 2008)
Wednesday sessions are held in Room C of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral of Sacramento located at 2620 Capitol Avenue..
Wednesday sessions are conducted in a group discussion format. We going through a list of topics that the Buddha taught starting with the Four Noble Truths. We have adopted texts by renowned teachers like His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Ven. Wapola Rahula and Geshe Tashi Tsering. The group reads from the texts and meditates. Mondays 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Monday sessions are dedicated to a meditation program based on Hridaya Sutra which is part of the Pragyan Paramita collection.
